Latest News and Upcoming Event

6 a side Cricket for all
What a great day of cricket it was on Sunday. Great weather, fun cricket, great food (thanks Michelle) and lots of visitors to the ground providing very vocal support for the "cricketers". It must surely warrant inclusion as an annual club event. Well done to Greggo's team who won the competition, just pipping Tim D's team in the final. A speacial mention must be made of Rich R's straight driven 4, a cracking shot!

Our latest junior Hat Trick Hero
A massive well done to Finlay Bowden who achieved a hat trick of wickets in the U13 match against Walton CC. He bowled 2.1 overs and took 5 for 2. Finlay managed this great spell of bowling after keeping wicket for 10 overs in really hot conditions. Well done Finlay!!!!!!

The Club have been successful in retaining the Club Mark accreditation and a big thank you to all who supported this re-accreditation process, particularly Glyn Lewis and Rachel Brown.

Volunteer Recruitment

Our club is only as good as the volunteers and helpers who give up their time to put so much into what we do. We are always looking for more volunteers and helpers to undertake a variety of roles, including, junior team managers, coaches, scorers, general helpers, catering for match teas and grounds work, we are also looking for someone to take on a massively important role of leading our fundraising activities (sponsorship, advertising etc). If you can help just talk with our coaches, team managers, captains or Executive Members.
